Day 303 - OLD Laptop - GONE!

Giving away a relatively useless laptop is always tricky! Some don't fully read the post, but see laptop and get crazy excited. I need to weed through and find the people that know they are getting something to play with or fix. I think I found that perfect taker!

I was nervous whoever took this would end up needing a different thing! But, I was wrong. The taker was so happy it was exactly what he needed for his computer! Another success!!

Not a surprise the phone system is gone! I hope the new taker gets some good use from it!

Yippie - the webcam is gone!! I had like 10 takers in about 10 mintues! Some items are hot hot hot!!!!!!!!!

Today I am offering a phone system with 4 cordless phones. We've used it for years, but the batteries seem to be flaking out and we can't get them working properly. Hopefully someone else has magic hands and can get everything in perfect order!

Today I am offering a Lynksys Wireless-G Adapter. I no longer am using the laptop I needed this piece for. It is a little outdated, so I hope someone might have a use for it. I works just perfectly!!

Well, the TV was a flop - off to the cancer fed it goes. I am a little surprised... Oh well.

Today I am offering an old tv. This was the first big tv I bought - I thought 20 inches was big!! I've had it since college - which is a pretty long time!! The color is a bit off. We used some Amex points for a new flat screen TV - it is the only nice flat tv in the house!! I hope this old one goes!!

Today I am offering an old Palm Car Charger. Neither of us have Palm phones any longer, so they don't do us a big of good! Hopefully they will help someone else.

Today I am offering a computer that's 9 years old and has no hard drive! But, maybe someonce can think of something interesting to do with it - get a new drive, recycle it, whatever. It served us well for a long time, but is no longer something that can work for us.

Day 188 - Camera Battery

Today I am offering a perfectly fine camera battery. It works like a charm - just not for our camera!! And, of course we can't return it! So, it needs a new home. Hopefully we'll be saving someone like $40!

Today I am offering a Linksys Wireless Adapter. Same as the one before - just another extra. We needed these in our old house but for some reason don't now. Perhaps that is because we use a different provider? I don't know. But, this needs a new home.

Day 113 - Alarm Clock

Today I am offering a super basic alarm clock. It plugs in the wall and has a snooze!!! Now, that's fancy! But, it would be great for someones desk at work or someone who just needs the basic alarm clock!

This reminds me - we gave away an alarm clock about a week ago because it was keeping us up at night - too bright. Well, we got a new Sony clock and it is much dimmer and does not keep us up at night! Unfortunately sleep is still not perfect, but a little better. If only there was an "automatic coverer" for 3 ear old kids who lose their covers in the middle of the night and yell for mom and dad. I'd never freecycle that!

This is another game Dave's mom got him - International Winter Games 2002. Again, I am sure it will get taken pretty quickly. I am sure he would have enjoyed it, but just does not have the time. Boo hoo.
